Agents give their Florida license number. Owners need a live listing on the site. We check each one by hand, usually within a day.
Get alerts
Pick the areas you cover. When a renter there asks for help, we email you what they want, without their contact details.
Get the lead
Pay for it and you get their name, email and phone right away. We also email the renter your name so they expect your call.
Pricing
One flat price per renter, whatever their budget. If the details don't work, report it within 72 hours and we give you a credit.

Where do the renters come from?+
From this site. Renters looking for a furnished place for 1 to 6 months fill in our "Match me with an agent" form, and they tick a box agreeing to be contacted by one agent or owner about their request.
Is each lead exclusive?+
Yes. Each renter is sold to one buyer. Once you get a lead it comes off the list and nobody else sees their details.
How much does it cost?+
$25 per lead, whatever the renter's budget. There's no subscription and no commission on the rental.
What if the contact details don't work?+
Report it within 72 hours from your leads page and we put a credit back on your account, no questions asked. You can use it on any other lead.
Do I have to be a licensed agent?+
No. Owners who rent out their own furnished place can buy leads too, as long as they have a live listing on the site.
I already list here. Is this different?+
Yes. Inquiries on your listings are still free and always will be. Leads are renters who didn't pick a listing and asked us to find them one.
How fast should I reach out?+
The same day if you can. Renters cool off quickly, and open leads come off the list after 3 days, or at the move-in date if that's sooner.
